Our Bakery & About Us

The catering facility is located near Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casino in Griswold (Jewett City), Connecticut. It is a 900 square foot bakery and is fully licensed by the State Of Connecticut, and the Town of Griswold. The images on the left are pictures of the bakery kitchen.

It is important to select a cake decorator who is fully licensed. This is to ensure that the appropriate health authorities periodically inspect the kitchen to find its conditions are satisfactory to be licensed. We hold the following necessary licenses: State Of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection - Bakery License #97. Town of Griswold, Department of Health - Food Service License.

Judith Quintero - Bauer, pastry chef, is a Cum Laude graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island. She has earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. At Johnson and Wales University, she studied the advanced fundamentals of baking with specialized attention to incorporating modern art into cake decorating. Judith Bauer has been producing exceptional cakes to restaurants, hotels, weddings, and other special occasions to various locations.

We deliver cakes throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island to sites including: Mystic Seaport, Seamen's Inn, Inn at Mystic, Mystic Marriott, Mystic Aquarium, Inn at Long Shore, Coast Guard Academy, Lighthouse Inn, Port and Starboard, Randall's Ordinary, Tamarock Lodge, Gelston House, Groton Inn and Suites, Norwich Ramada, Lord Thompson Manor, Aqua Turf Club, Farmington Club, Wadsworth Mansion, La Renaissance, Weekapaug Inn, Venus de Milo, Watch Hill Inn, Westerly Yacht Club and many more.
